This research project deals with the development of measures for the decrease of road accident risk of the vulnerable and inexperienced road users. More precisely, it aims to the development of measures concerning pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists and young drivers. Special attention is given to measures of technical and non-restrictive character. Furthermore, the implementation policy as well as the related implementation cost of the measures are examined.
