“VISA – Survey on the acceptance and preferences for contactless card payments instead of tickets at public transport validation machines” funded by NTUA (2024)

The aim of the project is to analyse the acceptance and preferences of commuters for contactless bank card payments on public transport. Specifically, a survey will be designed and implemented, with the development of an analytically structured questionnaire for data collection. The collected data will be analysed to present aggregate sample data and statistical models will be developed to investigate acceptance and identify factors that influence participants’ attitudes or opinions.
