“Road Safety Audit in Greece” carried out for the Ministry of Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works (1999-2000)

Road Safety Audit (RSA) is a measure for the improvement of road safety. The scope of the project is the adaptation of the measure to the greek conditions and its application in Greece. The main objective is the development of a Road Safety Audit Manual for Greece. The main objective is the development of a Road Safety Audit Manual for Greece. The Manual will refer to the RSA procedure, the audit team, the RSA principles and process. The project will include the following tasks:
-review of international literature and recording of the international RSA practice
-examination of the special needs and conditions in Greece
-development of a RSA system for Greece.
