Eleven countries (SE, UK,MT, NL, DE, IE, DK, FI, SK, ES, EE) have a better performance than the EU average, Greece is ranked 27th in 2010. Three countries (ES, LV, EE) reached more than 60% reduction of the rate fatalities per population.
